1. What You're Buying

369Frequency is a one-time-purchase digital audio tool offering binaural beats and pure tone frequencies across categories including Deep Sleep, Meditation, Relaxation, Focus, Cognition, and Solfeggio, plus a customizable frequency dial.

• Purchase price and access are as stated on the site at time of purchase.
• This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. You are not billed on a recurring basis.
• Access is provided via a unique link/token tied to your purchase email. Keep this safe — it's how you (and only you) unlock the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase or use 369Frequency. If you are under this age, please do not use the App.

3. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use 369Frequency for your own personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or share your access credentials with others.

4. Health & Wellness Disclaimer

369Frequency is intended for general wellness, relaxation, and entertainment purposes only. It is not a medical device, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, including but not limited to sleep disorders, anxiety, depression, or any other physical or mental health condition.

5. Payment & Refunds

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.
• Because this is a digital product delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or at our sole discretion.
• If you experience a technical issue preventing access (e.g., you never received your access email), contact us at support@badabingbadaboom.io and we'll help you resolve it before considering any refund request.

6. Access & Account Security

• Access is tied to the email used at purchase. You're responsible for keeping your access link/credentials confidential.
• We reserve the right to revoke access if we detect fraud, unauthorized sharing, or abuse of the license terms above.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, audio engineering, design, and code within 369Frequency are owned by us (or licensed to us) and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your purchase gives you a license to use the App — it does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

8. Availability & Changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the App at any time. We'll make reasonable efforts to preserve access for paying customers but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, particularly for factors outside our control (hosting, third-party services, etc.).

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 369Frequency and its creators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to any health outcomes, missed sleep, or reliance on unverified wellness claims. The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
